Mentor Program
Our mentor program develops female talent within Life Sciences and educates experienced career women in the art of mentoring.
WiLD members act as mentors, offering individual mentoring to fellow members and team sparring in senior peer groups.
Mentors also serve as role models by speaking at educational institutions, industry associations, and beyond.
With the support of a mentor, you will gain guidance to achieve your goals and make meaningful progress.
